The difference
Most business websites are brochures. Yours should be doing sales.

A brochure sits there looking respectable. Someone lands on it, reads a paragraph about your values, cannot find your prices, cannot work out how to book, and goes back to Google.

A site that sells does the opposite. It answers the question the person actually arrived with, removes whatever is making them hesitate, and puts the next step in front of them before they have to look for it.

Same budget, same afternoon of work. The difference is whether anyone thought about the person on the other side of the screen. That is most of what I do.

What I have built

Four industries, one way of working.

Before websites there was a software house. Construction firms, estate agents, fitness companies. Real products with real users and real deadlines.

01

Construction and civil works

Project trackingSite reportingClient portals

Systems for firms that needed to know what was happening on site without driving to it. Job tracking, progress photography, cost against budget, all in one place instead of four WhatsApp groups.

02

Property and estate agency

ListingsLead captureViewings

Listing platforms and agency sites where the whole job is getting a stranger from a photograph to a booked viewing without losing them. Search that works, enquiry forms nobody abandons, and property pages that load on a phone with one bar of signal.

03

Software and mobile apps

Web appsiOS and AndroidDashboards

Full products, not landing pages. Logins, databases, payments, admin panels, the parts users never see and would notice immediately if they broke. This is the background that makes the websites straightforward.

04

Health, fitness and clinics

BookingMembershipsFitness app

A fitness application built end to end, plus booking systems for people whose entire business runs on a calendar. If a client cannot book you at eleven at night from their sofa, you did not lose them to a competitor. You lost them to friction.

Background
I did not start with websites. I started with software, which is why the websites hold up.

I ran a software house in Brazil. Teams, clients, deadlines, systems that had to stay up because people were using them to run their businesses.

Websites are the smallest thing I build. That is not me being modest about them, it is the reason yours will be quick, will load properly, and will still work in two years when you want to add something.

I now live in Birmingham and work with businesses across the United Kingdom. You get someone in your timezone, in your country, who has built considerably harder things than a website.

How it works

You see it before you pay for it.

Most studios take half the money up front and show you a flat design three weeks later. I would rather just build the thing.

STEP 01

Teardown

I go through your current site and tell you exactly what is costing you enquiries. Specific problems, not a generic report. Free, and yours to keep even if we never speak again.

STEP 02

I build it

Your real site. Your name, your photographs, your services, working on your phone. Not a mockup and not a template with your logo dropped on top.

STEP 03

You decide

You have clicked through the finished thing before any money moves. If it is not right, you say so and we are done. No invoice, no awkwardness.

STEP 04

Live, then better

Domain, hosting, Google Business Profile, tracking so you can see what is actually happening. Then we keep improving it, because a site that never changes stops earning.

What it costs

Priced properly, quoted honestly.

Most projects land between two and six thousand pounds depending on how many pages, whether you need booking or payments, and how much of the writing you want me to do.

Ongoing care from £150 a month. No lock-in longer than the month you are in.

Where I am

Based in Birmingham. Working across the country.

Close enough to sit in your reception with a laptop if that is easier than a video call. Far enough into the middle of the country that most of England is a short drive.

If you are further out, everything works remotely and always has. The software house was run that way for years.

Questions

The things people ask before they commit.

How long does it take?

You will have something you can click through within forty eight hours of me having your details and photographs. A full project, with your feedback built in and everything connected, is usually two to three weeks.

Speed comes from having built this many times, not from cutting anything out.

I already have a website. Is it worth changing?

Possibly not, and I will tell you if that is the case. Start with the free teardown. If your site is doing its job I will say so and you will have lost nothing but the time it took to read my reply.

Do you write the words as well?

Yes, and it is included. Writing is most of the reason a website works or does not. I will ask you questions about your customers and what they hesitate over, then write it properly.

What happens after it goes live?

You own everything outright. Domain, hosting, files, all registered to you. If you want me to keep looking after it, care starts at £150 a month and covers updates, hosting, backups and small changes. If you would rather take it and run, that is fine too.

You are new to the UK. Why should I trust you with this?

Fair question, and I would rather you asked it now than thought it quietly.

I am new to the country, not to the work. Two hundred sites and a software house came before this. And the way I sell removes the risk from your side entirely, because I build your site before you have paid me anything. You are not trusting a portfolio or a sales pitch. You are looking at your own finished website and deciding whether you want it.

Can you do more than a website?

Yes. Booking systems, client portals, internal tools, mobile applications. That was the day job for years. If what you need is closer to software than to a website, say so and I will tell you honestly whether it is a good fit.

Start here

Send me your business name. I will build the site.

That is the whole process to begin. No forms with eleven fields, no discovery call before anyone has done any work. You send the name, I send back something you can look at.
